​​Shields Adult Gymnastics Class – FAQ

1. When is the class?
   Every Thursday from 7:00–8:00 PM

2. Do I need any experience?
   Not at all! Any and all experience levels are welcome.

3. Is there a class limit?
   Yes, the class is capped at 15 participants.

4. How do I sign up?
   Click on the "register here" button above

5. How much does the class cost?
   $25 per class, which is prepaid and non-refundable. A one-time yearly $40 registration fee will need to be paid upon arrival at your first class. This fee will be due yearly if you are actively attending classes. 

6. Do the coaches have experience?
   Absolutely! Our coaches are trained in safe spotting, skill progressions, and both men’s and women’s gymnastics technique.

7. What if I can't make it one week?  You can register for individual or multiple classes. We do not offer a prepay package or discount. There are no refunds, credits issued or makeups for missed classes. You must also sign a waiver.

8. Is there an age limit? Yes. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Please bring photo ID to first class.
