Policies

  • The monthly fee is the same regardless of how many classes fall in any given month. We do not pro-rate for any reason.

  • We will not hold your spot without payment. If you are not here for a month and we have not heard from you, we will apply your deposit to the current month and remove your name from the class roster.

  • We have four scheduled holidays during the school year for which the monthly fee will not be pro-rated.

  • Make-ups will be scheduled only if we receive advance notice of absence. No make-ups will be scheduled after your last class of the year. Make-ups may not be used in lieu of monthly payments. Missed make-ups are forfeited. Payment must be current to schedule make-ups. 48 hours notice is required to change or cancel make-ups. Note: specialty classes (i.e. parent/toddler, cheerleading, extremes) may not be available for make-ups. Regular classes may be used in place of specialty classes for make-ups. Make-ups can only be scheduled if there is room available. Make-ups are not guaranteed.

  • Once inside the gym, parents and siblings are expected to remain in the waiting area. No one but currently enrolled students are allowed on the equipment or central mat, and then, only during classes.
